As an independent, owner-managed private brewery we take the liberty of making beer according to our own standards: fermented in open vats, with plenty of time, following the Slow Brewing philosophy, and using only the best natural hops. For eight generations.

Inside story
The Trumer private brewery is located in Obertrum am See; it was founded in 1601 and has been family-owned by the Sigl family since 1775. In 2013 Josef C. Sigl took over management of the family business in its eight generation. Trumer is an Austrian specialist for pilsner beers: the quality of Trumer Pils is constantly confirmed by the highest international awards and over the course of the company’s history it has become the brewery’s flagship.
