More than 60 years ago, culinary pioneers Josef and Burgi Walch introduced fondue to the Arlberg, and today Rote Wand fondue still is a delicious highlight. Following old traditions the legendary Rote Wand fondue bourguignonne or chinoise and several other varieties are served here: hearty cheese fondue, vegetarian fondue, Zug fish fondue with regional fish and, of course, chocolate fondue for dessert. Modern times are actually bringing an air of nostalgia to Rote Wand Stuben: just like in the good old times guests are escorted to their tables. Winter hikers and skiers looking for a culinary break are very welcome at Rote Wand, too.
