The classic and regional delicacies with an international touch are always made from scratch and - whenever possible - using only high-quality regional ingredients. Each course – from bouillabaisse, to braised cheeks of lamb all the way to sweet cheese dumplings – is pure indulgence. In winter the spots on the sun terrace are in high demand.
