While the name sounds rather ordinary, the experience in the „Esszimmer“ is anything but everyday. The Salzburg restaurant by top chef Andreas Kaiblinger is synonymous with good cuisine and has been awarded three tops by Gault Millau as well as a Michelin star.

The modern yet cosy interior with a fireplace, warm lighting and a glass floor that offers a view of a medieval water channel creates a pleasant atmosphere in which you can fully concentrate on the good wine, the lovely company and the excellent food. The creative dishes with predominantly Austrian and French influences are the highlight of a visit to the restaurant.
