Die Stube ("the parlour") at Hotel Arlberg has long become an institution in Lech and pay-ing the host Christof Klimmer a visit is heartily recommended. At lunchtime guests can enjoy traditional à la carte fare and in the evenings nine spectacular fondues with home-made sauces and fantastic raclette are on offer here.
Aside from classics like fondue Bourguignonne or Chinoise, the version with an Asian twist or the exclusive Fondue Royal with thin slices of Wagyu beef are worth trying. Another specialty is the organic cheese fondue that is an intense taste explosion - even without alcohol.
