The kitchen team, led by Sebastian Daeche, serves culinary highlights that are best enjoyed with a fine wine from the Burg wine cellar while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. With over 60,000 bottles, the Burg boasts one of the largest wine cellars in Arlberg, offering many exceptional Austrian specialties.

In the evening, the kitchen delights guests with a variety of fondues (from savory to sweet) in the Burg Schenke, before a digestif awaits at the new evening bar.
