The host here, Heinz Zimmermann, has been successfully catering at Formula 1 events for decades. In Zug he fulfilled his dream of his own restaurant and now he amazes both locals and guests with his excellent Austrian cuisine and lures them to the traditional wood-panelled parlour. The comfy atmosphere makes you look forward to Viennese Schnitzel, fondue, cheese strudel, Super Tuscan and Austrian spirits. No frills, just the essentials: High-quality regional products, expertly prepared and served in a rustic atmosphere. The wine menu offers selected Austrian and international wines.
