As soon as the snow melts and the temperatures rise, the unique flora and fauna around the holiday destination Stuben awakens. Crystal clear mountain lakes, lush meadows and wonderful views of mountains of different dimensions – all this is what makes summer on the Arlberg unique. What’s for sure: the meadows’ and forests’ summer outfits are at least as becoming for the pretty village on the Arlberg as winter’s white.
In summer the winter sports arena becomes a beautiful alpine garden for nature-loving hikers, mountaineers and mountain bikers. Up, up high
Several winter cable cars and lifts make it possible for you to comfortably discover the heights of the Arlberg in summer, too. From July to October the gondolas take visitors up where they can enjoy breathtaking views and go off into the hiking area. Unique views of the mountains guaranteed!
Mountain bike fans, watch out: Many cable cars transport mountain bikes for free. Numerous marked mountain bike routes on the Arlberg offer action-packed experiences for beginners and more seasoned bikers.
