When Portuguese influences meet alpine cuisine gourmets will know right away: it’s time for Chef’s Night Arlberg again! In its fourth year yet another spectacular culinary evening will be celebrated.
In 2017 he will return to the Arlberg once more: Dieter Koschina, two Michelin-star head chef from Vila Joya in Portugal will treat his guests to extraordinary creations and ensure spectacularly tasty experiences yet again. The menu will be complemented with fine wines by Gustav Krug and Hans Nittnaus who will personally share their recommendations with the epicures that night. The evening will be rounded off with an impressive cheese buffet, including a Sherry presentation by Bodega Rioja from Lustenau.
Moonshine indulgence on Schlegelkopf
On 15 December 2017 Chef’s Night will take place at the Schlegelkopf Restaurant in Lech which was only opened in 2016. At 4:30 the guests will take the lift up and later they’ll be taken back down on a snow groomer. Aside from excellent culinary art the guests can expect a light-flooded ambience, a fireplace room, and a terrace with a panoramic view on three levels. One day later the culinary event will move to Stuben where it will start at 6 pm at Mondschein Alte Gaststube. The innovative Ski-Hotel at the centre amazes with traditional elements from the 18###sup/sup### century and modern influences – thus offering the perfect framework for this culinary highlight. Excellent cuisine and fine wines combined to form a unique symbiosis of indulgence.
The perfect finish will be provided by the After-Kitchen-Party with DJ Mallaun – late night snack in a food truck outside the door included!
For a good cause
The net proceeds from the evening and the proceeds from the auction of two large bottles will once again be donated in its entirety. The proceeds go to the relief campaigns “Ma Hilft”, “Licht ins Dunkel”, and the “Brotherhood St. Christoph.”
