Gemeindealpe Mitterbach & Eibl-Jet Türnitz

“Upwards in comfort, downwards in style” is the name of the game at the Gemeindealpe Mitterbach. Mountain carts and monster scooters invite the whole family to master the special forest road of 4.6 kilometres downwards into the valley – pick up speed or simply enjoy the scenery as you wish. If you’re looking for the real thrill, why not take off into the air? The Gemeindealpe is the ideal starting point for a tandem paraglider flight up to breathtaking heights without any annoying engine sounds – those brave enough for a paraglider are treated to awe-inspiring views. And if that’s still not enough, the summer toboggan run “Eibl Jet” in Türnitz guarantees great fun and excitement for all ages. Enjoy the ride through waves, jumps and circles – a great attraction in the Mostviertel region in any weather.
